THE INTERACTIVE ONE WSET® LEVEL 3

Master the open questions

The written answers are where passes are won and lost — and where flashcard apps leave you on your own. Structure, keywords, examiner logic. Included in every plan — Level 2 students can peek ahead any time.

Knowledge gets you to the exam.
Open questions decide it.

Level 3's written answers are a separate pass requirement — and the part hardly anyone actually drills. We built the module that does.

✍️

Open theory trainer

Write real exam answers, compare against model answers, learn exactly which keywords and structure score marks.

🍷

Open tasting module

Train written tasting notes the way examiners mark them — systematic, complete, in the right language. Flashcards can't touch that.

MCQ drills & mocks

Every chapter covered, timed mock exams in the real format, explanation after every question.

"Rumour has it our mock exams feel suspiciously like the real thing."
— that's not a rumour, that's the design brief 😉

Fair questions

Is Wine Exam Trainer affiliated with WSET?

Nope — fully independent. WSET® is a registered trademark of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust; we use the name only to describe the exams we prepare you for. All our questions are original works.

Which exams can I train for?

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines (multiple choice) and WSET Level 3 Award in Wines (multiple choice + open questions). The Diploma is on our roadmap.

What does it cost?

€9 per month, or €30 per 6 months (€5,00/month) — one subscription covers Level 2 and Level 3 completely. The first chapters and one mock exam per level are free to try, no account needed.

Does it work on my phone or tablet?

Yes — it's built for it. Open the trainer in any browser on iPhone, iPad, Android or laptop. Want an app icon? iOS Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen · Android Chrome: menu → Install app. Your progress is saved on your device.

Why focus on open questions?

Because they're a separate pass requirement at Level 3 — and hardly any tool trains them. Both open theory answers and written tasting notes are marked on structure and keywords; that technique is exactly what we drill.

Your exam won't wait. Start now.

Most students need 2–4 weeks of steady practice. The sooner you start, the calmer exam day feels.
